Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what was expected I am displeased with the inability to edit information that I am not comfortable is appropriately reflected in my tax return. I spoke with multiple advisors who were unable to address the issue. I'm now going to have to take my tax return to an accountant to have them verify that the tax return was correctly done and that I do not need to file an amendment. This product overcharged for the quality of service that I received. I will not be using TurboTax again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Ok ... I've used Turbo Tax for years; wish they would release an application to capture data throughout the year that would allow us to import data into Turbo Tax (no, I don't like Quicken ...).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from pleasure to work with it 2020 return worked well. However, 2019 data not accurate. Dividend total incorrect and your program indicated we did not efile in 2019 which we successfully did. I appreciate the feature of reflecting prior year. It had no impact on 2020 but thought you all should know. I have used Turbo Tax for many years, thank you.

The only think I wish is that you could have a progression bar for the states the same as you do for the Federal info. Right now, if you need to refer back to you federal taxes for something on your state taxes, you have to start your state taxes all over again when you come back to them. Also, when errors are found, you often do not have enough details to figure out what they are actually wanting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Filed for 20yrs with no problems ever!! I have used Turbo Tax for 20 years with no problem, no audits. I had a tax lawyer check my returns said it was perfect and 1st time a client presented their taxes to him and he could not find an error!! Thank you Turbo Tax!!
