Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite unsure to do it alone I was very unsure and insecure going through the process alone, so at one point I started working with TurboTax Live Assistant - Ashley. She was very helpful and engaged - she spent almost 3 hours with me, skipping through the sections and resolving issues. I really felt that my case was important for her and many times she was talking with other agents in order to get the best advice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS AWESOME! This the fourth year in on record that I have used turbo tax and I love it. It is easy to navigate. Anyone with any computer experience, no matter how little, can use turbo tax. If you need their help at all they are available to help. I actually started using turbo tax from 1994. I used a tax prepare twice and didn't get a better return and paid hundreds of dollars. I learned my lesson. Never again. Thank you, TurboTax!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the software, despite some glitches... I called Turbo Tax Live three (3) times to speak directly to a CPA and each time he/she resolved my issues. Amazing service for the price and I greatly appreciate the time and thoroughness of each expert. The one continuing issue I experience every year is at least one or two software glitches (ex: duplicate line items which are blank resulting from data pulled over from mutual fund)

From deductions I never new about to their amazing import feature for uploading W-2s and 1099s, I will never use any other tax service ever. Thank you Turbo Tax!
