Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live Self_Employed is Easy to Use This is the third year I've used Turbo Tax Live Self-Employed. It costs a little more, but well worth the money. I always take advantage of the option to have a phone call with a Live Expert. Every Live Expert I have engaged with was very polite, knowledgable and professional. They are there to answer just abount any question you may have about Turbo Tax and any tax rule changes. I appreciate the Live Expert showing me the tools available in TurboTax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax business is confusing In comparison to the personal tax software, the TurboTax Business software is quite confusing. I am using it to prepare returns for the Trust for my Mom now that my Dad has died, and the questions on distributions to beneficiaries are very vague and not helpful. I had to go through it three or four times before I was confident that my choices were correct.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth it with live experts I loved it at first, then got into a problem that took several live agents to help with. They just didn't know how to edit First Homebuyer Credit Repayment. Finally, an agent figured out that I needed to put dates in that were not accurate to satisfy the computed system. I had to put it I lived in a home until 2021, although we sold it in 2012. Once I put 2021, the tax year, in it all went well and I was able to add the repayment. Other than that, the system works well and I loved that one agent who helped me. The others were reciting the steps and links I already knew.
