I also bought desktop version only to have to cancel it , because forms were not available that were on the internet version. This issue also cost an extra $40 to file. Other than that it was a good experience. Issues with forms was more an IRS issue than Turbo Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trouble Importing TD Ameritrade Records There were issues importing my TD Ameritrade records. It's worked well in the past, but this year there was some technical issue. This first time I used chat feature to chat with a rep they quickly told me there was a known issue. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to work through it because I followed up later with another rep that had no clue, wasted a ton of time, and wasn't resolved. The ease of importing records from TD Ameritrade is a big part of why I've chosen Turbo Tax, so I was very frustrated. I'll be looking for an alternative!
