They were pre-emptive, professional and thorough. If I didn't understand something, it was made clear. It shows that TurboTax believes all tax cases are equally important

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Software did not behave as instructions/help When Federal and State were rejected, TT did not "Help me fix errors" as suggested. I had to go through the forms myself an figure out what had to be over-ridden and updated.
