Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Thorough Turbo Tax is easy to use and is very thorough. When you are through with your taxes, you know they are correct and that you have received your largest refund possible. I have used Turbo Tax for years and will never use anything else.

The biggest issue I had this year (and last) was when trying to pay for state e-file, the program glitches out forcing you to toggle screen resolution and/or run as administrator to get through the payment process. Another issue I have is with foreign tax credit/deduction. TT does little to help guide you through how to navigate it, so I've had to rely on help forums and google to get me through a frustrating process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service I have been using Turbo Tax to file my taxes for 7 years and would recommend the service to anyone who is filing simple tax returns. It's easy to use, informative and I have never had an issue with any of my returns. I can't speak for any of the complicated tax forms but for a single person filing the free service is great! I also recommend paying a little extra to have your taxes checked over and Audit Protection.

I still don't know why I have to calculate if I owe any taxes or not independently, when the IRS already has all the information and can tell me themselves. Would like it if Turbo Tax could "tell" if my withholdings were correct or not based on the information entered. That would take a lot of worry and trouble out of trying to complete a new W4 on my own.
