The customer service is great and accessible- However be aware the upcharges- Uncheck the boxes if you dont want additional fees/ services added. It is persistent on almost every screen at the end, pay close attention and uncheck services you don't need or want!

The TurboTax interview format works, as long as you dig down through all the options. They supply all the forms and do all the math. The electronic import from financial institutions is also helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is great but your email system is messed When trying to sign into my account it asked for text conformation, which worked fine. It then was to send an email conformation code. The code would take 4-6 hours to arrive at which time, when entered said that it timed out. So you started all over again with the same results. after three days a in country customer rep helped solve the problem...
