Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok Experience Although I do enjoy how easy it is to file turbotax, I am very frustrated this year that you took away the option to file for free. I have been filing with turbotax for years now for free, but this year just because I claimed a student credit I was charged a ridiculous amount of fees to use this service. I was forced to pay $39 just to pay with my refund, and was not even made aware of this until the review page at which point I had no idea how to change it. I understand that this is a useful service but when you have been allowing people to utilize this service for years and years and suddenly decide that I need to pay you $117 in fees when just last year I was charged $0 in fees, this is absolutely ridiculous. Find a free service if you can, the only reason I used yours again this year is because you have my previous information. I might change my mind about turbotax and find a free service for next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No Reasoning Turbo Tax forced me to take a deduction that i did not want to take and that was not required for me to take. This caused my refund to be REDUCED because i had to change the plan that i was using to file my return and i was charge even more because i choice to pay out of my federal return.
