Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is so easy! I've been using Turbo Tax for years now, and it just keeps getting easier and easier. Long ago I was using Am-Tax, and I thought that was easy, and I was disappointed to see it go away, but Turbo Tax has been a very good replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax made filing SOOO easy! Our return is not a difficult one, but there were still questions and 'items' that were unclear to me. The agent was very helpful and for the most part, the wait was not long. She was patient and good at understanding my questions. The process is made simple and clear and does not assume that the client automatically understands everything. This is our 2nd year for using TurboTax and we are very happy with the service and results. We are especially happy being able to take care of the entire process in our own home.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax minor fail I miss entered my AGI and the E-file was rejected. Turbox tax would not allow me to change to the correct AGI, so I had to snail mail my return.

I would pay for this service in the future. I appreciated the motivational and informative messages at the end of each section and the breakdown of everything. This was my first time filing, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thank you TurboTax!

The sharing screen option was invaluable for the resolution of my problems.
