Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax I have been a Turbo Tax customer for many years now. I do love the ability to connect with someone live to review or go over any problems that you may come across. As with everything, some of these people are better than others and you have to shift through to find the ones that really know what they are doing and help work for you. There seemed to be some glitch with some of the non typical forms that I needed for my return which made things a little difficult and cut my rating back from a 5 star to 4 star.
