Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax - Added costs Was not informed until I had no choice to pay for "extra" due at the end of filing. I could have been informed during the process, but once I went to file, I was alerted and could not choose anything other than accepting the terms. Very crappy way to inform your customers. Not sure I will continue to use even with the ease it had.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You dropped the ball this year First, you delayed making the form 1116 available so I was unable to e-file in March because you weren't set up for it. Second, you required filling out a section of form 1116 -- specifiaclly 12-a-1 regarding foreign exclusion but did not explain what it was for or what info was needed. I had to jerry rig it or you would not let it go out. Ridiculous. I am seriously considering going to H&R Block next year after more than a dozen years with TurboTax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Please fix this for 2022 It is a big disappointment that turbo tax premier does not allowed to auto import from Coinbase as other financial institutions. This needs to be fixed for 2022 tax year!!!
