Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like Turbo Tax x Overall it is very easy to use. This year there was a strange message about a W2c which didn't make sense and the info provided also did not make sense. Should have indicated which schedule I could look at for more info. Will wait and see what happens but overall was easy to get it filed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Complaints so Far I have been using turbo tax since I have been required to file my taxes and I honestly cannot imagine using anything else. It is so convenient, everything is asked in a clear manner, and the "explain why" feature is very helpful. It's nice to have information from my previous return carried over as well. My taxes are fairly simple overall--I'm single and own no property, so I can't really speak to how turbo tax handles the more complicated situations, but I can imagine it'd work just as well!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Been a TT user for 20 plus yrs but not a fan of th As I said in the title I've used TT for 20 plus years but this year I was let down. IRS waivered the RMD for 2020 but TT didn't know that. I wasted hours trying to get it to not show zero RMD as an error and requesting a waiver. I hope I got it right finally. Professionally I use Tax Slayer (supplied by the IRS) and it had no problem with a zero RMD

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but prices are too high. Your price is too high. I could have had a certified tax professional do my taxes for less than the full Premier charge. Fortunately, you provided a discount when I called and complained. You almost lost a loyal, long term customer (20+ years).
