Once I sat down and followed the prompts and that made it super easy to follow the instructions. I did call the call center to find a specific form and that was easy as well. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot enter Crypto in Turbo Tax Could not enter Crypto in Turbo Tax. Tried to enter my Coinbase info and there was no way to enter it. Had to enter each individual trade .... PAINFUL! Will find another tax software for next year ... not turbo

It saved me time and eliminates the frustration of doing taxes. And the questioning is very detailed and comprehensive. I'm highly confident I received all of the credits and reductions I'm entitled to. At one point I needed some online assistance. Meenakshi assisted me. She was Turbo-Tastic ! She's very knowledgeable. She knew what questions to ask me to resolve my issue. She communicated very clearly. I would have been stuck without Meenakshi's help. Much appreciation for the assistance.
