Do I need to look at forms supporting K-1 and/or 1041 to get right info in right place? There was what looked like some conflicting data. Can I get a TT agent to review just this part and does that cost and how much?

I had to change my email and credit card last year due to exposures that might have resulted in someone using my credit therefore I did not receive the auto ship of this year's version. I tried to to contact Intuit Turbo Tax to update my credit card and email address but they made it so difficult that I could not accomplish this. I had to go out and buy a new copy at Walmart. I did not get an opportunity to reserve an auto ship for next year with this version. I guess you don't want my business anymore.
