Easy, simple walk thru with plenty of explanations for questions. eFile is also easy and quick and once done I get follow ups with the status of the filing. Would not go anywhere else to do my taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax great for Fed; Less stellar for States I've used Turbo for years, It's a great tool except for State income tax form support. I pre-paid for State e-file but not able to do so due to (unaddressed) filing glitches. Spent over an hour on line with Turbo support and tried community help, but no solution. Please reimburse when unresolved problems surface, or if e-file advertised but isn't available.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Got the job done :) Turbo tax was pretty ok on the Federal return. There are areas of explanation that are pretty vague for those of us who are not tax savvy. I felt let down on the state return. Turbo tax dropped the ball and left it up to the filer to figure out the states particular tax laws. It was frustrating and made me feel uneasy.
