Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many difficulties this year I had two significant problems with TurboTax this year that caused a significant extra effort. First was that the field for bank account for refund deposit was one digit too short, sixteen instead of seventeen in prior years. I could not enter the full account number. Second, deductible mortgage interest would not calculate correctly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Streamlined, but had issues with making edits I got stuck in a loop of trying to fix a portion of my state tax return. I went back to edit the information so that it would not include a particular form, but the automatic review system kept telling me I needed to fix an issue with that form. I had to delete the state documents entirely and start over in order to resolve the issue. There seem to be minor glitches like this with the review process every year.
