This i sthe first year that I have completely lost confidence If I'm doing a simple return stop trying to upsell me. I needed to file a amended return because the first one left out some information that I uploaded spoke to you help line at least 3 times keep hanging up on me or just did not know what they were doing even after I let them connect to my pC

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Form 1040-SR Make the Form 1040-SR optional so I can choose it or the standard print Form 1040. Just because I turned 65 doesn't mean I need larger print to read the form. And all the other Federal and State tax forms are still in the standard print size.

This year, I could not import automatically my employer W2 (add to create a PDF first then import), but more annoying, there were issues importing sales details from my investment fund. It initially created 300 sales items to review, until I was able to figure out the process to just create sales total (the help was unclear)

Turbo Tax helped me find a few mistakes I made on this year's tax return and immediately contacted me to help sort out the problem. I appreciate this and because of this, I'll continue to use Turbo Tax for years to come! Thanks!
