They make it easy and are fairly explanatory to make compleating your own taxes not horrible. Easy to follow along and input your info. Gonna keep using the program as long as it stays simple and free and recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love turbo tax i use turbo tax every year. it is so easy and anything i am not sure of i can click and have it broken down to me. turbo tax is expecially great right now since i am social distancing and not going places unless needed. thanks again for another easy year of filing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some little things could be made easier Turbotax does not assist with payments of estimated taxes - this is actually a big drawback for me compared to the tax tool I used before (TaxAct). Very annoying - have to manually enter credit card info when ordering state e-file. We got used to autofill by Google nowadays. Had to enter the bank account info for payment/refund twice - for fed and for state. Once should enough I believe
