Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2020 turbo tax I have been using TT to file taxes for a quite a few years and has always been a smooth exp. This time though there were couple of issues: 1. Payment : I had paid before filing extension, but turbo tax asked me to pay again when i was ready to file! I almost did before remembering that I had paid already. I had to then use turbo tax live help to get this resolved. Not a good experience. 2. Moving expenses: I had entered moving expenses, but TT was showing $0 in the summary. A live conversation with the tax expert was required to clarify the issue. Apparently moving expenses are applicable only to Military. this could have been made clear in the UI and definitely did not require a CPA appointment .
