Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax to the Rescue I have been using turbotax since I have been able to file my taxes and it's always easy, fast and convenient for me. I don't have to make an appointment with someone and there's always more information to find if I'm confused about anything.

Every year, however, I get hung up at some point and into an endless regress of some information that the program says is missing, though without explaining what exactly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Many years using TurboTax When you go to TurboTax the next day it does not go to where you left off. Tried to delete a form that wasn't needed was very difficult. Would not let me e file until the form was deleted, used search. It would not let me e file until I corrected a ZIP code on a 1099 R, had to delete 2 forms until it went away. Relief when the e files went through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Easier Than Ever I found Turbo Tax to be quite easy to follow. I was impressed. Pages seemed to flow naturally. Moving around the program was easy. Program asked logical questions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax use to be free and convenient!!! All the years I've used Turbo Tax I've never been forced to upgrade. They stated my returns were complicated, I only made less than 10,000. They made me upgrade on both federal and state twice. If that's the case I could have just went to H&R and in person.
