There is a bit of a bug with auto import of previous years job to where it prompts you to re-enter all info during review and then adds it as a second income and you have to go back and delete the original. But that is nothing compared to the money saved and knowledge gained by using it!

Examples: I couldn't log-in using Chrome (credentials incorrect error), the program did not operate smoothly telling me I deferred taxes when I didn't (lost a lot of time researching that one), couldn't print the receipt (the page was blank except the banner), and bad explanations in the help section. It used to be a better program a few years ago, and it just gets worse each year.

No less Brian made me feel secure, he reached out in a timely manner, and made sure if I didn’t understand something he broke it down for me. Taxes felt easier with having him by my side.
