Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great, But.... I love the ease of preparing our tax returns with TurboTax. However there are 2 issues: 1. When I do have a question, and it is not a common question, I never seem to get an answer. 2. I paid full price for my Premier TurboTax download, but when it is time to file the returns, they want another $25 to file my state return! When it says you get Federal & 1 State, that only means you can prepare both for free. The Federal return is filed free, but there is a fee to file the State return! I will continue to use TurboTax for my tax preparation, but until TurboTax provides free filing for the state return, I will either find some other free e-filing service or mail in our return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good as previous years. For first time since 1992, I am disappointed in TurboTax. First, my shipment this year did not have last year's data and your support tried to help but could not so I had to re-enter all of the information. One of the updates lower the fonts so that I had to a magnifying glass to read the screen. On my computer, each screen was approximate 3 inches by 3 inches. My computer screen is 14 inches by 7 inches. Result is that I may find a new tax provider next year.
