Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used to be great but I've had a horrible time. No help, system glitches daily, poor service with zero answers when you call. Called 4 times and same response to start over. System glitches caused errors in the return. Probably my last year with TurboTax. Used to love this service and highly recommended.
