Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great for federal, needs work for multiple states If you have to move, or your spouse has to work in other states, then it it's best to go to a "human" tax company as this software CAN NOT handle anything slightly complicated. The requirements for non-resident or multiple residencies filing to state requirements is far beyond this software's capabilitity and MANY HOURS and MANY MANUAL corrections must occur to properly prepare these type of return. For simple single earners in a single state, then this is fine.

After having used it to file my taxes for the past four years, I have never encountered any errors in my returns or filing process. My only complaint are the multiple screens trying to upsale me to the paid products when my needs are clearly satisfied by the free version.
