Granted, I was sparratic, but, our turbo tax agent, Debra, was firm and properly scripted! A bit of a comedian! Let's not forget maths smart too! Thank you for such an easy and wonderful experience!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is easy to use I've used Turbotax for years to prepare my taxes. It's simple and easy to use. There are always explanations for the complicated terms, and someone to help you if you need it. Even in my rare case of living in another country, Turbotax can take care of my tax return. The easy-to-follow steps make doing taxes easier and it's very worthwhile in my opinion!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Price went up/Ease declined Ive not had as much trouble filing with TurboTax in any prior years. Lots of unclear items & site crashed. I'm not sure what happened but it's not good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Service Ever! I used the Free Filing opportunity just now & had interface with Zulaikha & Pauline when I had questions. They were both quite nice, kind and helpful. In addition, James, a Turbo Tax CPA helped me greatly with my review & questions that I had. He returned my request for help fast, he was courteous, upbeat, & exceptionally knowledgeable. I am so thankful for this service & the wonderful people you have delivering help. A Big Thank you to my assistants today!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Download version is Languishing I've been using Turbo Tax for more than 25 years and almost definitely will continue. Number one complaint: Why is it so difficult to find the downloadable version? Intuit does a really good job of hiding that option. Some things can be tightened up and made less confusing. Getting the feeling that the download version is being neglected in favor of the online version. Guidance on tax implications of selling a 2 family rental property is lacking which will force me to use a paid tax professional.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good as prior years I always do both mine and my mothers taxes. Neither of us have young children. Going through both of our processes, at the final check for errors, a goofy thing came up about child tax credits or some silly thing that neither of us has in our filing. It was terrible to get past it. PLUS, my Mother never efile's for state because it costs money. I remember past years having an option to print and send in through US Mail as opposed to efiling. No such option this time. It was terrible to struggle through. I don't think I'll use TurboTax going forward. I'm very disappointed.
