Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax forced deluxe on unemployed due to pandem I hate how TurboTax forced deluxe on the unemployed due to pandemic. They knew most people were out of work for some period of time, and would be filing unemployment along with their w2's.

If I didn't understand something, I was always able to have a representative speak with me on the phone and share my screen with them. Furthermore, if I preferred not to talk on the phone, I was able to "Live Chat" with them. Either way was equally as helpful. I also chose to purchase the Turbo Tax "Max: Defend & Restore" protection. Giving me valuable peace of mind by providing me with Full Audit Representation, Identity Theft Insurance, Full Identity Restoration, Identity Theft Monitoring, and Priority Care giving me priority access to a Turbo Tax product specialist if I needed help with my taxes; of which I took full advantage of. All of that peace of mind and helpfulness for only $44.00. Definitely worth every penny. The Turbo Tax representatives were always polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is perfect for me! It's my 4th year and I always wish I would have learned about it earlier. It's so inexpensive, even with all the eligible charges. It's so easy to use. My son has helped me for the last 3 years. Not any more!
