I have used turbo tax for over six years now and I'll never go back or pay anyone else to do my taxes! It's cheap, and fast to get everything figured out! Also, at the end of filing you can simply e-file and all your previous years taxes will be saved!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax had a programing bug Kept looping (must uncheck a box in an asset that is to be depreciated). After unchecking it, smart check checks clear but then when transmitting , it comes up with the same error again and keeps looping. Removed the asset completely and tried to add but keeps looping adding the asset. Talked to tech and was told to talk to live expert who told me to add the asset as an expense instead which worked but Asset depreciation never worked.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Technical issues We typically have a good experience. This year the system does not recognize our password and there is no way to receive the verification options. It does not send an email or text. Created a new account and now nothing seems to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely helpful I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years now. I would not be able to do my Tax Returns without it. Some of the Federal Tax Rules and Regulations are confusing to say the least. Turbo Tax Deluxe guides you through all the different pages and lets you know when you make a mistake. When you are done, they let you know that everything is correct. It is also very helpful that they download all your information from the previous tax year to your current Tax return which saves a lot of time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Rating Relative to 5 years ago, Turbo Tax is less satisfying. Too hard to research questions, can never talk to an actual person, much less a tax expert. Hard to follow calculation sheets. No very self explanatory.
