It said my payment didn't go through at the same time I was receiving a text from my CC saying that a charge was made! TurboTax would not let me complete filing until I got past the payment page. I had to fill out the payment form a second time. Now I have to deal with the CC company for the double charg

I have used several other tax software programs online as I assist members of my family with free online e-filing and as a volunteer in my community to assist folks with their tax returns. Turbotax is my favorite of all that I use, which supports my choice of Turbotax as my "go to" software for some 15 years.
