It is set up in such a way that all you have to do is follow the prompts and enter the information! My only suggestion for improving what is already a great product is making the log in process easier and more streamlined.

Their friendly, understanding very helpful and now I do it online on my own with no help and their app is easy enough to understand and navigate through and if you don't understand something you may ask a live person thru chat it's awesome I recommend to everyone!! Thanks TurboTax.
