Rated 2 out of 5 by from Should have checked E filing PIN 1. Don't like the fact that you can't switch to Forms, to check correct entry 2. TT does not check for presence of Electronic filing PIN. This is unconscionable. 3. TT gets more expensive every year. It used to be a reasonably priced product - now it at the upper limits of cost effectiveness. 4. Shouldn't have to wait 20-25 minutes to chat with a real person

Rated 1 out of 5 by from absolutely terrible I have been fighting for the last month to try and get my taxes done. While the reps have been helpful for what they can, my 2019 taxes aren't linked to any account, new or old. I can't file my 2020 taxes until I have one single number off my 2019 and because I owed, I didn't get anything back. So beyond frustrated. I will be doing my taxes elsewhere from here on out, permanently.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs better themes/color support Turbo Tax handles Window colors half way. You need to decide to use colors selected entirely by windows or manualy hard set all of the colors you use. Themes in Window 10 sadly are basically only background, but I was able to set my own colors like Windows XP. This caused turbo tax text to be invisible because colors are only half way implemented. i.e. Turbo Tax overides text foreground color as black. What if I am using white on black? You should also have a Dark Mode for people with sensitive eyes. Turbo Tax needs to make a decision instead of doing things halfway.
