Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax online turbotax online did not allow me to view forms until the end and I received a strange message stating that I could not upload forms due to the fact I did not have the correct app. on my Mac. The App Store then told me there was no available application. I called for help and received excellent service from Daryl.

Why should it be asking if I got a refund last year. Doesn't turbo tax already have that info? Very frustrating process this year.

But a specialist was able to identify the issue and inform me the correct way to file my taxes when online was no longer an option.

Her charisma and charm helped me feel comfortable with a very busy year and a lot of changes. The software worked pretty well too, but TONIA, she's why you get 5 stars.
