I did have a problem getting fees entered onto line 10 of the Schedule E, since you can't directly enter. And it was not an option on the worksheet that generates Sch E. I tried using help, robot help useless and could not reach a human.

You can find or ask for assistance along the way & stop/save and continue at your leisure. You can revisit past years, jog your memory and follow the normal deductions. The program saves your past W2's and other info to make it easy and fast to fill out documents. You can review and add or change data as you go. I always walk back through all documents to make sure it matches with my files. Being able to take my time and not be rushed with filing with some paid agent makes me a long time Turbo Tax user.
