Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2020 Simplified I have been utilizing TurboTax for over 25 years and it is a great product, it walks you through the steps and it is easy to understand the format. As long as you have your documents in hand and are organized, you should be able to breeze through it. The main thing is being organized and carefully read the advise provided throughout the system. I like the fact that they have a search box, forum and tax pro's available to assist.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hidden fees are annoying All commercials you see regarding turbotax say its 100% free, yet I am paying ~$150. I want more clarity on why I have to pay for the $90 version, then have to pay another $50 for state returns.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Security review portion was slow and bad user expe Every thing is like other web sites, I used turbotax, because it offered direct import of data from bank and trading accounts. How ever, the data i imported from robin hood required me to review around 40 transactions. I could not get the consolidate list of transactions on the page which require review. I had to use pager to jump to different pages every time I reviewed one record. This area of the application was slow as well. One operation was taking around 7 seconds.
