I REALLY hate doing taxes but this experience was very customer friendly so maybe I can just say now that I dislike doing taxes and instead of hate. Will always use Turbo Tax in the future. Susette made it easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I haven't gotten a refund this big in years! I have used other tax preparers in the past and haven't gotten a refund at all. I used TurboTax this year because of a discount with DoorDash and I am getting a BIG refund! I was putting off doing taxes because I thought for sure that we were going to have to pay once again and instead we get a refund! Woohoo! I am sticking with TurboTax!
