For the lay person trying to do their own business and personal tax return, some items are not explained in detail enough, especially when you are closing a business on 12/31/2023 and you took, in previous years, Section 179 depreciation. It gets complicated and situations and words are not explained clearly enough. I finally had to go on line for my answers, hoping the websites I read were accurate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So please I pray we got it!! Even though we have used Turbo Tax for the last 7yrs I'm still waiting for the ah ha moment we actually get our return with no mistakes - hasn't happened yet - we can but hope!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overcharging Not only do they charge for federal and state they also charge 39.00 to pay their fees with your tax return. This my 7th year doing turbo tax and every year the price increases by 40-50 %
