Rated 1 out of 5 by from Normally Great, but this year it has been terrible I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and this years I had so many issues. The CD had issues installing, and then, it would not update. When issues do arise, there is no one to call. This will be the last year using Turbo Tax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked eventually, but technical glitches There was technical glitch where my credit for previous year AMT indicated "needs review" no matter what I did. Technical support told me they figured I was getting the credit, but could not show me any proof and told me I would have to pay for expert support from a tax professional if I wanted proof. I should not need to pay a tax professional to resolve an error with the TurboTax program. Fortunately, I eventually found the credit on the draft 1040. It really undermines my confidence as to whether TurboTax did everything else correctly, and the dismissive attitude of technical support was not helpful considering the consequences of filing an inaccurate return. I may move to a different product next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad. Tax “Expert” not helpful I paid extra for the Tax Expert, but they were not helpful. One of them had no idea what to tell me and I felt like I was teaching them something. I want a refund of that fee.
