Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use and understand I purchased turbo tax because they would process my cryptocurrency information and H and R block wouldn't. But the price is a little ridiculous. Especially for someone who has to file taxes in three states. Guess they are lucky I absolutely hate taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax or Bust! Simha was great! After my divorce, I was worried about filing my taxes. Both Simha and Turbo Tax completely removed all stress regarding my taxes. I look forward to working with both again next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect I've used TurboTax for years and it's always great. But, for some reason this year, I got tripped up on the 1099-MISC. Somehow I entered it incorrectly and it came up as freelance work and asked me about a Schedule C. I deleted it and started again and it worked out. Not sure if something changed this year, but it was a bit confusing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very unhappy with Turbo Tax I see this year you have taken away the option to file your state taxes by mail. Then you charge us $20 to e-file. I have used Turbo tax for over 20 years but will look for something else next year.

I appreciated each step of the process to be shown so I felt prepared. I felt well informed of the process and what was expected from me. It was a quick and easy process.
