Rated 1 out of 5 by from fix this glitch!!!!! never using turbotax again! a quick google search shows that many people are having the same problem with not being able to get past this review to move onto signing and submitting their return. never using turbo tax again. after all these years i will be moving on to find another company that will actually help their customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from With Turbo Tax: GAMECHANGER - No Sweat, No Tears I have used Turbo Tax for many years and now my 27 year old and 23 year old children use it also. It is affordable - we can upload the software onto 1-5 devices. It is straightforward with simple explanations. You can go step-by-step or skip sections if they don't apply to you. You can always go back and review. You can work on your taxes and save your work until later if you choose - no pressure to do it all in one session. I have an MBA and used to do our tax forms manually. What a Happy Day when I discovered Turbo Tax! I have never had a single regret! File online and refunds/payments are handled electronically! I wish other parts of life were as clear and practical as Turbo Tax! GAMECHANGER!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like all levels of Turbo Tax I've used Turbo Tax for several years to file my own taxes, even when I had cross country moves with home sales/purchases and with out of state inheritance. Turbo Tax has always made it easy. This past year, I again moved with a home sale/purchase in different states, borrowing & returning funds from/to IRA's for renovations, all at the same time as the sudden death of my daughter. I did not feel confident in myself this year to organize everything properly and relied on a Turbo Tax Expert to research, organize and file everything for me. Christopher was great about researching the different states, asking for documents I had not thought of and explaining everything in detail. He also did additional research on a particular state, then submitted everything for T.Tx. peer review to be sure he had not missed anything. We are extremely happy with this new service of Turbo Tax. It came along at just the perfect time for us. Next year I will again use Turbo Tax, probably filing them myself. However, if life throws me a curveball in the future, I know I can rely on Turbo Tax's Expert Assistants to talk me through any issues or file them for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time Using Turbo Tax In A While This was our first time using Turbo Tax in a while. The live feature is incredible! Our tax expert was very helpful and got us through our IRA contribution issue very smoothly. The interface is easy to use, as it used to be, but we could not get over having live assistance all the way through. This was a remarkable experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax has been my go-to for over a decade. TurboTax is amazing. It's simple enough to file on my own and I always feel like I'm getting the maximum deduction. For the last two years I've had a more complicated tax situation and using the Live Expert feature has genuinely given me the peace of mind I wanted paying for the service. I got help from individuals who understood my situation and available deductions on a deep level. I'll be back next year!
