Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just gets the job done. I've used Turbo Tax for many years.Only once was there a mistake made and it was mine. Turbo Tax helped me fix it with no problems. Took me under 2 hours this year to finish my returns. Easy to understand and very thorough process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like Turbo tax for the most part. As I mentioned before, I like Turbo tax but I don't like the fact that there are hidden fees at the time of filing. The package indicates on free State filing, yet we have to pay $25 to file, then it is not free. If I owe taxes I can file electronically, but there are additional costs to pay those taxes. I wish these were disclosed at the time I purchase the software. I also, don't feel 100% safe adding my credit card info into a different site. Thanks!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Satisfied with Turbo Tax I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now. Overall, it's okay. I have seen a spike in pricing lately which would definitely make you want to look into cheaper products. I certainly appreciate the ease of usage and explanations for the newer tax laws. I am still loyal to Turbo Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t make mistakes I made a mistake on my return and it was rejected. I received an email with a link saying it would help me fix it. It did not. Every button saying it would help, did not. It said it would help me fix it every step of the way, and instead just told me what the problem was. Not where or how to fix it. Had to recheck all of my information and every answer myself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is fairly reasonable and helpful Challenging to navigate - if you want to find something on the federal forms it is not possible to easily navigate where to make the entry. Maybe I am too familiar with more professional programs which allow this navigation.
