Rated 3 out of 5 by from Support is not what it once was. Even your CPA support was incorrect. Knowledge level of the first contact on the phone very low on Tax as well as the Turbotax product. When one first level attempted to get second level of support they were dismissive. She continued and finally got their attention. They were not helpful. Put me to CPA which was also not correct. Turbo Tax does not break out capital gains between husband and wife as it does for dividends and income. GA income tax breaks out capital gains between spouses for the retirement exclusion. Turbo Tax should add is this capital gain for you or your spouse.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick, simple, and painless - but not free Turbo Tax is great. I just do not know why I was charged $60.00 at the end when I thought I was using the free version. But, it is simple and relatively quick and painless. Info was easily uploaded and taken directly from my forms.
