Rated 3 out of 5 by from Misleading Easy to use but the site is misleading in explaining all the fees. No one likes doing taxes and by the time you get to the end you're stuck....it's pay it or look for another site. My best friend went into an office and her total was $110. I'm disappointed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax stinks, Confusing and slow screens. Must have had the software rewritten in India. Need to go back to previous years software. You seem to want to clip me for $40 to file a state return, why? Got zero assistance from call desk, passed around 4 times, and no one understood their own software.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax helps cope with Increasingly Complex Tax 2020 added significant complexity to tax reporting. Turbo Tax lead us step by step through many twists and turns. Awesome quality in an easy to understand layout. I had one problem. TT insisted that I wanted to e-file my state return. I did not. Rather than pay a fee of $25 I would prefer to mail my return. I have not yet figured out how to ask Turbo Tax to set that up.
