Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well, but still has bugs Everything seems to work well until there is a software update. This happened to me a couple of years ago, sand it happened again this week. I went to finalize my return, and turbo tax does an update. Then it comes back up, all my data is gone and I have to start over. Even my backup seemed to be missing. This created unnecessary work for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax saved me! Using TurboTax is so easy! The system is user friendly with plenty of resources to answer questions along the way. I love the fact that my employer's information was imported in so I didn't have to enter the whole W2! - Only drawback, is no option to pay for each return separately.

I buzzed right through just like every year since I started using Turbo Tax. Thanks for once again handling everything smoothly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from somewhat lacking for 2020 I've been very happy with TurboTax for the last several years. This year, the review found several errors that turned out to be related to bugs in the software. I had to completely start over to get rid of one of the problems and had to figure out how to enter some information directly into one of the tax forms for the other. That was pretty disappointing.
