Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax is Scary. TurboTax is easy. To help my mother, I used TurboTax to file for my parents' returns as my father passed recently. The process was easy and I feel confident that it was done properly and completely. Thanks TurboTax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax missed doing the filing I finished the return Feb. 2nd. I exited the program assuming that the return had been electronically filed. No mention from TT that it still needed more data when I did the auto audit; no problems were reported. Now, 7 weeks later, I re-opened the program to discover it had not been filed. Just fortunate I rechecked!

Unfortunately, the question/response process wanders down totally irrelevant paths like asking about forms related to children when children haven't been in this household for decades. Further, online support is abysmal. Searching for specific help becomes circular without good filters. Lastly, a login related issue could not be resolved as the verification processes did not work properly.
