I advise my family and friends to use Turbo Tax, I get nothing but great feed back from them about how accurate and easy it is to file on Turbo TaxLi

Apparently not, even though I opted to not have any special treatment - don't click on the live expert advice! It's NOT live, it DIDN'T help, and apparently cost me $125 to ask a question I found answers from google searching afterwards. There was no option to NOT pay at the end, and it didn't tell me which service I used that made it so the free version turned into a paid version. Same thing as a hotel water bottle, I guess.
