Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very quick and easy to use! The experience was quick and easy. Much easier if you gather all the necessary paperwork ahead of time! Unfortunately, I didn't. But TurboTax paused and came right back to where I had been once I searched out what I needed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Some issues this year with forms and reviews I had issues this year with turbo tax forcing me to amortize points ever though according to IRS rules we were not required to amortize points on the purchase of a primary residence. I had to do a work around to get it to input correctly. Also the review required total mortgage amount to be entered but would not allow me to enter the amount. Turbo tax is supposed to be easy not frustrating. After 10+ years of using Turbo Tax I may change next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from User-friendly, explains everything. In general, Turbotax is great. Easy to use, it gives you step-by-step instructions accompanied by a specific explanation for each step. I'm not giving 5 stars because the chat was not attended by a live person, but I know that if you keep trying a real person will be there to help you.

This not only saved me a lot of money, but this was probably the least amount of stress I've ever had doing my taxes. Very easy to use and very thorough- great product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Impossible to update my Turbo tax account. The produce is good as always. The price for each state is rather high and then you have to pay an additional $25 to efile. I for 2 years have been unable to update my account, cant reach a human and therfor have to reenter the details each time as "Guest". Not strong on customer service!
