Only difficulty is reading some the forms, view all, edit / delete portions due to poor contrast for visually impaired people. Thank you for your good work.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from UPDATEER FAIL Following the March 18thish update of microsoft, TT would not update. Serious delay in filing. Took almost a month for a fix. Been using TT for years but 2021 was a bad experience.

The 2020 version is improved over the past years, and provides a step by step of the previous year to help make sure that you have not omitted anything.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from expensive I thought it was free bust ended up costing $60 for federal, $40 for state, and $40 for something else. I had already spent hours entering all the information and sucked up the cost because I did not want to reenter everything again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Does It Again I've been using TurboTax Deluxe for years. Wouldn't file my taxes any other way. I was a little disappointed with how TT handled the MA Senior Circuit Breaker tax credit, but I blame the Commonwealth's dumb instructions rather than TurboTax.
