Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax: 2022 Turbo Tax is an excellent tool to file your tax return. It is user friendly, but MOST importantly, the online coustumer is EXCELLENT. I had many question, therefore I called many times. Each time I called, the support staff was VERY patient, kind, and assisted me in the correct directions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2022 In general, Turbo Tax is great -- I've been a user for over 20 years. Just had a few glitches this year: Some links on specific questions sent me to the generic Tax Support site on my browser. Also, it forced me to launch Adobe Acrobat Pro, which I don't have a subscription for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Infuriating They make you upgrade when filing, then they give you the option to pay for it by having them take it out of the refund. This is fine, but they don't tell you that doing so costs an extra $40. Once the hidden fee is made known, it's too late to change it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is excellent. I find the process of filing my taxes using using TurboTax straightforward and clear. I appreciate both the thoroughness of what is asked and the easily understandable prompts and questions. When I require further information it is readily available. I feel considerably less stressed about filing my taxes using it. The payment process is also extremely easy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Billing and downloading the desktop version I had a very difficult time downloading the desktop version and now it's seems impossible to download the state tax return. Turbo Tax could do better.
