I have bought, from Costco or Sam's Club, for years with the promise of an included free state return. I have always had to pay. Enough is enough. This is my last purchase from either. The support people cannot even defend this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some Glitches, Costly for simple returns When importing data from the banking section, there were some glitches. I kept waiting to be "impressed" but it never happened. Service is average and same as always. Did not need to use the live tax assistant feature.
