Rated 3 out of 5 by from First Timer overall the filing part was awesome! being able to upload a photo of my w-2 was a definite plus. i only have one complaint..i was not wanting to pay for the extra to file..i was trying to pay the 44.00 and ended up with a 123.00 charge on my card. you should make it easier and give a clearer description of choice for the cheaper filing option.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many glitch and issues with turbo Tax this yea I had too many issues with Turbotax software this year. I compared turbotax online results with desktop and received different tax due. I contacted support and spent hours trying to figure out the issue no one was able to explain why. I dealt with incompetent customer service rep that gave me completely wrong advice. List goes on and on...Not sure what the issue is this year but unlike my past experiences i had too many issues this year and more than likely will switch to another provider next year,
