Rated 5 out of 5 by from Been using for 6+ years. I used to dread going to find someone to file my taxes for me and to only have anxiety about the filings. I'm sure I lost a lot of money this way and only with Turbotax did I finally feel confidence about the accuracy of my return, where it was going, when I was going to see results. The ability to pull up past records the best and underappreciated features, that keeps me coming back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear Understandable and Accurate from All Perspec What tax software should be: Reduces the complexity to simple steps with easy clear underlying explanatory comments when additional detail is needed. And of course accuracy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from State Return hard to find I filed my federal return in March, 2020. When I came back to do my State taxes, it took over an hour to find the State return. You can only find the state return by selecting which version of TurboTax you want (as though you were starting over) and the system finally sees that I had already filed my Federal taxes. Only then did it give the option to file State only. It was a real hassle to figure out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from very confusing Since I owed money this time, and with the stimulus payments, it was all very confusing and complicated. I ended up having to complete delete all my information and then re-enter it from the start. The system would not let me go back and correct answers within the final review section... :( I also spent a great deal of time entering information for my deductions only to be told afterwards the standard one was best. Not sure how to fix that one, but it was annoying at least.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works but needs improvement I've used TurboTax Home and Biz for the last decade and still wonder why some of the imported forms features don't place information in the boxes as required. Its confusing when asking for information in the app that is not available on the forms. Please fix this.
